[01] BACKGROUND
Kuwait Crescent Bank is a leading financial institution in Kuwait, known for offering a wide range of banking products and service. As part of its strategic growth, KCB wanted to revamp it's online presence to enhance user experience and improve digital engagement
[02] THE PROBLEM
Users of KCB faced significant challenges such as navigating an outdated and less intuitive online platform, struggling to understand offerings, find information and complete tasks. These issues have resulted in reduced conversions, lower customer satisfaction and a diminished brand perception
[03] THE GOAL
To revamp KCB's online presence to enhance user experience, improve ease of use, and boost customer satisfaction and engagement
